easy going...

some things are quite easy in cocoa (others are not...), e.g. doing some cleanup or other tasks before quitting your application:

- (NSApplicationTerminateReply)applicationShouldTerminate:(NSApplication*)sender
{
...
}

in your app delegate and you can safe stuff or do other spring cleaning.
